Walking, Running, and Horseback Riding

Walking and Running Cue Sheets

HABPI is a proponent of getting out the door and getting moving, whether it is on two wheels or two feet, and our trails are designed to be accessible to all. Our partner organization Healthy Adams County (HAC) hosts regular walking events and provides a great database of popular walking routes in our area. It does not matter if you are up at the crack of dawn (or earlier) to train for the big race, or you are just looking for a nice, afternoon walk with the dog, HAC has a great option for you. Once you get out the door, the combinations and possibilities are endless. Click the link above to access their webpage. Below, you will find some suggestions of other rail trails, fitness paths, and hiking trails to explore.
